Terms of Service

By creating an account, placing an order or using High Authority Backlinks at highauthoritybacklinks.com (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you use the Service on behalf of a company, agency or client, you confirm that you are authorized to accept these terms on its behalf, and “you” refers to that organization.

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract to use the Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

High Authority Backlinks is a marketplace for sponsored guest post placements. We list third-party publisher websites, each with a fixed price per placement, and you can:

• Browse and filter the marketplace by price, DR and category.
• Add sites to a cart and pay for them in a single checkout.
• Submit one brief per site with your target URL, anchor text, content and instructions.
• Group orders into projects, for example one per client, and track each placement to its live link in your order history.

We act as the seller, or reseller, of placements on publisher sites that we do not own or control. You buy each placement from us, and we arrange it with the publisher. You do not enter into a contract with the publisher, and publishers are not parties to these terms.

Site metrics shown in the marketplace, such as Domain Rating (DR), traffic estimates and categories, come from third-party tools or the publisher and are provided for guidance only. They can change at any time and are not guaranteed.

You can sign in with a magic link sent to your email address or with Google. You agree to provide accurate information and keep it up to date.

You are responsible for keeping access to your email and Google account secure, and for all activity and orders under your High Authority Backlinks account. Tell us promptly at support@highauthoritybacklinks.com if you suspect unauthorized use.

Prices are set per site, shown in US dollars before you add a site to your cart, and are the price you pay for one placement on that site. There are no recurring charges. Prices may change at any time, but the price shown at checkout is the price you pay for that order.

Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not receive or store your full card details. Your order is confirmed once payment succeeds. Taxes may be added where required by law.

After payment, you must submit a brief for each site in the order. Work on a placement starts only once we receive its brief. Turnaround is typically 3 to 10 business days after the brief is submitted, but depends on the publisher and is an estimate, not a guarantee.

You provide the article, or a brief for it, along with your target URL, anchor text and instructions (“Your Content”). You are solely responsible for Your Content and the pages you link to, and you confirm that:

• You own Your Content or have every right needed to publish it, and it does not infringe anyone's copyright, trademark, privacy or other rights.
• Your Content and the linked pages are lawful in the relevant jurisdictions, are not misleading, and comply with any advertising or disclosure rules that apply to you.
• Your Content does not contain malware, tracking scripts or anything designed to harm visitors or the publisher's site.

You grant us and the publisher a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to edit for formatting and style, publish and display Your Content on the publisher's site for the purpose of fulfilling your order. Publishers may label posts as sponsored or add link attributes required by their policies or applicable law.

We do not accept orders that promote or contain:

• Illegal products, services or activities.
• Adult or sexually explicit content.
• Hate speech, harassment or content that incites violence or discrimination.
• Malware, phishing, scams or deceptive schemes.

Restricted niches such as casino and gambling, CBD and cryptocurrency may be accepted case by case, only on sites that allow them and often at a higher price. We may cancel and refund any order that we believe breaks these rules, and may suspend accounts that repeatedly do so.

Publishers keep editorial control over their sites. A publisher may ask for edits or reject Your Content, for example if it does not fit their guidelines or audience. If a publisher rejects a placement and it cannot be resolved with reasonable edits, we will refund that item. The rest of your order is not affected.

• Before publication. You can request a refund for any item in your order that has not yet been published. Refunds go back to your original payment method through Stripe.
• Rejected items. Items rejected by the publisher are refunded as described above.
• After publication. Once a post is live, the placement is delivered and is not refundable, except as described under link longevity below.

To request a refund, contact us at support@highauthoritybacklinks.com with your order details.

Published posts live on sites we do not control. Publishers may edit, move or remove posts or links over time, and sites may go offline.

If a live link is removed within 90 days of publication through no fault of yours, tell us and we will make a best-effort attempt to get it restored. If it cannot be restored, we may offer a partial credit toward a future order at our discretion. After 90 days, we cannot guarantee that a link remains live. This is a best-effort commitment, not a warranty.

We sell placements, not outcomes. We do not guarantee any search engine rankings, traffic, referrals, sales, indexing or changes to third-party metrics as a result of a placement. Search engines change their algorithms and policies, and you are responsible for how you use links within your own SEO strategy.

Publisher identities and contact details are confidential and are never shared with buyers. All communication about a placement goes through High Authority Backlinks. You agree not to use information from the Service to contact publishers directly to bypass the marketplace.

We may give approved partners access to a marketplace API. If you use it, you must keep your API keys secret, respect any rate limits, and use the data only to show or order placements through High Authority Backlinks.

You may not resell raw API data, scrape the Service, or use the API to build a competing directory. We may change, limit or revoke API access at any time.

You agree not to:

• Scrape, crawl or bulk-download the marketplace outside of the partner API.
• Interfere with the Service, probe it for vulnerabilities without permission, or bypass any security or access controls.
• Use the Service for fraud, chargeback abuse, or anything unlawful.
• Share or resell your account access.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that break these rules. You can stop using the Service at any time.

The Service, including its software, design, marketplace data and branding, belongs to High Authority Backlinks and its licensors. These terms do not give you any right to our trademarks. You keep ownership of Your Content, subject to the license above.

Except as expressly stated in these terms, the Service and all placements are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We are not responsible for the content, policies or availability of publisher sites.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, High Authority Backlinks will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, rankings or data, arising from your use of the Service or any placement.

Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us for the order item that gave rise to the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless High Authority Backlinks and the publishers we work with from any claims, losses and costs, including reasonable legal fees, arising from Your Content, the pages you link to, or your breach of these terms.

We may update these terms as the Service or the law changes. We will update the date at the top of this page and, for material changes, notify you by email or in the app before they take effect. Orders placed before a change are governed by the terms in effect when they were placed.

These terms are governed by the laws of [Jurisdiction], without regard to its conflict of law rules. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts of [Jurisdiction], unless the law where you live gives you the right to bring a claim elsewhere.
